Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, commercial, and customer-oriented Sales Associate to drive and grow our business in Singapore. As part of our retail team representing a prestigious French lifestyle brand, you will deliver exceptional service, maintain stunning visual standards, and contribute to store success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional customer service, responding to customer enquiries and feedback with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Handle engaging product displays and visual merchandising to reflect our luxury brand standards.
  • Manage daily inventory operations, including stock replenishment, tracking, and accurate sales reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to achieve store targets and foster a positive retail environment.

Key Requirements

  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed team player who is positive, resourceful, responsible, and equipped with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse customer profiles.
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) due to workforce development and local quota requirements.
