The Opportunity

Adeccois partnering with al established international retail brand to hire enthusiastic and service-oriented Sales Associates in Singapore.

Whether you are experienced in retail, come from a hospitality background, or are looking to explore a new career in retail, we welcome your application!

We are looking for individuals with a customer-centric mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Prior luxury retail experience is not required, as training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role.

The Job

  • Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product enquiries, selections, and recommendations.
  • Develop good product knowledge through training and on-the-job learning.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store sales targets and deliver excellent service.
  • Support daily store operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

The Talent

  • No prior luxury retail experience required; candidates new to retail are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Positive attitude, open-mindedness, and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
