Job Summary

Join a well-recognised optical retail brand as a Sales Associate, delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations across an islandwide network.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers warmly to create a welcoming shopping experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, work orders, and payments to ensure data integrity
  • Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking merchandise to maintain product availability
  • Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum secondary school education
  • Friendly, customer-oriented attitude to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to work shifts across the islandwide store network to support operational needs
  • No prior experience required; full training provided
