Deliver excellent customer service and support in-store operations to enhance customer experience and maintain product presentation for a premium bedding brand.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive and courteous service to customers to enhance their shopping experience
  • Collaborate effectively with in-store team members to support smooth daily operations
  • Present and explain new stock items to customers to promote product awareness and sales
  • Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming store environment
