JIHECANG is a fast-growing team focused on the distribution and market development of alcoholic beverages and related consumer products in Singapore.

We work with restaurants, bars, KTVs, retail stores, wholesalers, and corporate customers, bringing quality brands into the local market and building long-term distribution channels.

We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead channel development, manage sales performance, and drive sustainable business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans based on company business targets.
  • Break down sales targets by channel, customer segment, and sales team member, and closely monitor execution.
  • Lead the development of restaurants, F&B outlets, bars, KTVs, retail stores, wholesalers, and corporate accounts.
  • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve revenue, new customer, repeat purchase, and collection targets.
  • Review sales pipelines, customer visits, quotations, conversion rates, and account progress on a regular basis.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and prioritize high-potential customers and channels.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, promotions, and key account cooperation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Improve customer retention and repeat purchase performance.
  • Monitor payment collection, outstanding accounts, and sales risks.
  • Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and management teams to support promotions, product launches, and channel expansion.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and action plans for management review.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales team members when required.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, key account management, or channel development.
  • Experience in F&B, alcohol, FMCG, food distribution, retail, or wholesale is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Able to plan, execute, review, and improve sales performance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable working with sales data and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
  • Able to manage both team performance and key customer relationships.
  • Strong sense of responsibility for revenue, collection, and business results.
