Job Summary

Join AIKON Supplies as a Sales Coordinator at our Kaki Bukit branch to support sales operations, coordinate orders, and enhance customer engagement in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotations for HVAC&R and VRF/VRV systems to support sales initiatives
  • Coordinate order processing and manage related documentation to ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to customer enquiries and conduct follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth sales and order workflows
  • Maintain detailed sales records and generate reports to track performance and support decision-making
  • Process orders efficiently to meet customer and company requirements
  • Provide sales support by covering team roles during absences to ensure continuous service

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma in Engineering (minimum qualification)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications to manage sales documentation and communication
  • Ability to work every Saturday as part of operational requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided to develop necessary skills
