The posting

Duties:

  • Develop new customer accounts and business opportunities for the Process Analytics division
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions
  • Respond to customers' technical enquiries and provide appropriate support
  • Conduct onsite customer visits and online meetings to understand technical requirements
  • Prepare commercial quotations using the company's CRM/SAP system
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects
  • Support product demonstrations and customer engagements
  • Achieve agreed sales and customer visit targets
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to roll out campaigns and generate new opportunities

Requirements

  • Min Degree in any Engineering is required
  • Interest in analytical instruments, process technology or industrial applications
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and delivering technical presentation
