Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing client relationships, generating leads, and delivering tailored HR and recruitment solutions. Manage the full sales cycle to achieve sales targets and support client success in recruitment and staffing services.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners to foster long-term collaboration
  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other channels to expand client base
  • Assess clients’ hiring needs and recommend appropriate HR and recruitment solutions to meet their requirements
  • Promote recruitment, staffing, and HR-related services to potential clients to increase market presence
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiation, and closing deals to secure business
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs to support decision-making
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling
  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and HR teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively and efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of client information, sales activities, and business opportunities to support sales tracking
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by executing strategic business development activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field preferred
  • Experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is advantageous
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients and close deals
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Comfortable conducting cold calls, attending client meetings, and driving business development efforts
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous for client communication
  • Experience in recruitment, HR services, or B2B sales highly encouraged
