Job Summary

The Sales Executive drives market adoption and sales growth of the Economy Series products by identifying target customers, generating demand, and converting opportunities into sustainable sales across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and increase market penetration of Economy Series products within assigned territories and customer segments
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities by executing strategic account and territory plans to meet sales targets
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from prospecting to order closure to ensure consistent customer acquisition
  • Conduct customer visits and sales calls to generate new business opportunities and build relationships
  • Communicate the commercial value of Economy Series products by emphasizing cost competitiveness, availability, and customer benefits
  • Manage and grow new and existing customer relationships to expand sales and account coverage
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle including enquiries, quotations, orders, and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, sales activity, and pipeline records in Salesforce or designated CRM systems
  • Provide timely sales forecasts, progress reports, and updates on sales targets to management
  • Monitor customer feedback, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform sales tactics

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is advantageous
  • Ability to prospect for new customers, identify business opportunities, present product value, conduct commercial discussions, and close orders
  • Skilled at understanding customers’ purchasing priorities and building credible, long-term business relationships
  • Confident in conducting customer visits, sales presentations, and engaging with diverse customer stakeholders
  • Results-oriented, proactive, resilient, and able to develop new business independently while collaborating with internal teams
