Job Summary

As a Sales Executive at MediaPlus Digital, you will drive business growth by connecting clients with tailored digital marketing and web development solutions. You will engage prospects, identify opportunities, and deliver consultative sales to support client success and company expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager to drive business growth
  • Generate new business leads through inbound inquiries, cold calling, and proactive outreach efforts
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities with new and existing clients to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and challenges
  • Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings to present customized digital marketing and web development solutions
  • Research and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and client recommendations
  • Advise SME business owners in Singapore on leveraging digital technologies to enhance growth and performance
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics to evaluate client digital performance and recommend actionable improvements
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (from Job Requirements)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Sales experience (not mandatory but advantageous)
  • Interest in digital marketing, web development, and technology-related solutions
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and develop in a sales environment
