1. Business Development & New Sales

  • Identify and approach potential corporate customers to develop new business opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, prospecting and follow-ups.
  • Promote corporate uniforms, workwear, polo tees, office apparel and customised garment solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on quotations and enquiries to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Work towards agreed sales targets and business development objectives.

2. Account Management & Customer Relationships

  • Manage existing customer accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Understand customers' uniform requirements, budgets, timelines and operational needs.
  • Follow up on repeat orders, new staff requirements and upcoming uniform projects.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and order-related issues professionally.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely updates and satisfactory service.

3. Uniform Solutions & Product Knowledge

  • Understand customers' requirements for garment styles, fabrics, colours, sizing, logos and customisation.
  • Recommend suitable materials and garment solutions based on functionality, comfort, durability, budget and intended use.
  • Coordinate design proposals, samples, size breakdowns and customer approvals.
  • Work with customers to clarify specifications and manage changes before production.

4. Order Management & Production Coordination

  • Prepare quotations, sales orders and other relevant sales documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate purchase orders and production requirements with factories and suppliers in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and other relevant markets.
  • Monitor order progress, production schedules, delivery timelines and outstanding approvals.
  • Liaise with internal colleagues and external partners to resolve order issues and minimise delays.
  • Keep customers updated on order status and communicate any changes to the delivery schedule promptly.

5. Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, sales pipelines and order documentation.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, deposits, outstanding payments and other necessary order confirmations.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates on business opportunities and customer activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service, repeat business and sales performance. Essential qualities Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. A proactive, responsible and results-oriented approach to work. Confidence in approaching customers, following up on opportunities and developing business relationships. Good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines. A practical mindset and willingness to learn about garment products, fabrics, sizing and production processes. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers. Experience and qualifications Preferably 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, account management, business development or a related field. Experience in uniforms, apparel, garment merchandising, textiles or workwear will be a strong advantage. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
