Our flagship platform, Peekaa, combines customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty programmes, marketing, and appointment scheduling into one platform. We aim to empower businesses through smarter technology, AI, and data analytics.

The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Sales Executives to help bring more businesses onto Peekaa.

No prior technology or AI experience is required. Training will be provided.

Your role is to connect with business owners, understand how they operate, introduce Peekaa, and recommend solutions that can improve their daily business processes.

You will also manage your own customers from initial engagement and onboarding to ongoing relationship management.

This is an opportunity to build your own client portfolio, develop valuable business skills, and earn attractive commissions with recurring income opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential business customers to introduce Peekaa.
  • Meet business owners, understand their needs, and explain how Peekaa can help their businesses.
  • Conduct simple product demonstrations and convert interested businesses into paying customers.
  • Assist new customers with onboarding and guide them on using the platform.
  • Understand customers' workflows and recommend practical ways to improve efficiency.
  • Help customers explore available digital tools, AI capabilities, and business analytics to support better decision-making.
  • Manage customer relationships, provide ongoing assistance, and encourage long-term subscription renewals.
  • Build and grow your own portfolio of business clients.

Who We're Looking For

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable approaching business owners and developing new business opportunities.
  • Able to work independently and manage customer relationships.
  • Interest in technology, business, or entrepreneurship is an advantage.
  • No prior sales or technology experience required.
  • Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome to apply.
