About Us

Yes Natural Trading Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based wholesaler and distributor of vegetarian food products imported from Taiwan, China and Malaysia. We supply to traditional retail shops, supermarkets, eateries and other food-related businesses across Singapore.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base, develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth. Able to read and write in Mandarin as our products labels are in Mandarin.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Singapore's food wholesale and retail market, with strong business development and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, cold calls, referrals and networking.
  • Expand our distribution network and achieve sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Promote our vegetarian food products to retailers, supermarkets and other businesses.
  • Manage existing accounts, strengthen customer relationships and increase repeat orders.
  • Handle customer enquiries, after-sales issues and coordinate with internal teams on orders, deliveries, returns and replacements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with Finance on collections.
  • Maintain sales records and provide regular performance updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in food wholesale, FMCG or food distribution.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore's food retail and wholesale market.
  • Existing customer network within retail shops, supermarkets or food businesses is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability in business development, customer acquisition and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel regularly for sales and customer visits.
  • Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle are an advantage.
