Role Overview
NetFarmer is a Singapore-based HubSpot Diamond Partner serving about 150 clients across manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce and professional services. The Sales Executive wins new clients for our HubSpot services (implementation, onboarding, training, optimisation) and our MsgBox multi-channel messaging platform, and sells HubSpot licences as the entry point. This is a new-business hunting role, not an account-management or accounting role. Reports to the CEO. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound (LinkedIn, email, calls), referrals and partner networks, and inbound enquiries
- Run discovery calls and demos; understand the client's sales, marketing and service process and propose the right HubSpot hub, onboarding scope or MsgBox use case
- Prepare quotations and proposals with the CEO and technical team; negotiate and close contracts
- Sell MsgBox (WhatsApp and other channels) to clients with messaging, ordering or customer-service needs, alone or bundled with HubSpot
- Log every lead, meeting and deal in HubSpot CRM, keeping pipeline and forecast accurate
- Hand over closed deals to delivery with a clear scope, and stay in touch through kick-off
- Report weekly on pipeline, meetings held and revenue against quota
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales, ideally SaaS, IT services, digital marketing or martech
- Track record of meeting a sales target; comfortable with cold outreach and consultative selling
- Working knowledge of CRM and sales process; HubSpot certification or experience a strong plus
- Fluent in English; Mandarin strongly preferred (our clients span Singapore, US and China)
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable meeting clients in person and online
- Singaporean, PR, or eligible for a Singapore work pass
Please note: this is a sales role. Applicants with accounting-only or admin-only backgrounds are not a fit. In your application, tell us about the deals you have closed.
Working Hours & Other Terms

No overtime pay; where client visits or work outside standard hours are required, time off in lieu may be applied for, subject to manager approval. 3-month probation. Full terms are set out in the employment contract once a candidate is confirmed.
