As a member of our spareparts sales department, and to support order processing, we are employing

Parts Sales Coordinators asfollows:

The Role ​We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Exec / Senior Sales Exec to join our team. You will be responsible for end-to-end parts coordination, inventory management, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations from order entry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track purchase orders, sales quotations, and parts shipments using the internal Alatas Parts System (APS).
  • Liaise with OCM factories, global suppliers, and freight forwarders to expedite deliveries and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with service teams and logistics supervisors to meet client lead times.

Requirement:

  • Singapore Citizen and PR only.
  • Previous purchasing experience, preferably in the marine-, port or construction industry
  • Interested in learning hydraulic, mechanical & electrical parts
  • Independent, responsible & driven to close Customers orders
  • Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory software/ERP platforms.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of orders and drives them to completion.
  • For Senior-level candidates, salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
