The posting

  • Position: Sales Executive (Tender / Camera/Photography)
  • Location: North Bridge Road-near City Hall MRT
  • Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9.00 - 6.00pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3700 + Variable Bonus + Health Insurance + Commission
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Photo or video equipment

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle corporate customer enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-up.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to corporate and institutional customers.
  • Prepare corporate and export quotations and related sales documents.
  • Identify and monitor relevant government and public-sector tender opportunities.
  • Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, supporting documents, product specifications and pricing.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external parties to obtain information required for tender submissions.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders, clarifications, purchase orders and contract requirements.
  • Maintain good relationships with corporate customers and resolve sales-related issues.
  • Support business development activities and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate sales, quotation and tender records.

Requirement:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, sales coordination, business development or tender support.
  • Experience handling corporate, institutional or government customers will be advantageous.
  • Experience preparing government or corporate tender submissions will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GeBIZ or similar procurement platforms will be advantageous.
  • Good understanding of quotations, order processing and customer follow-up.
  • Knowledge or interest in cameras, photography equipment, consumer electronics or IT products will be advantageous.
