The posting

Responsibilities

  • Meet clients to understand design needs, budget, and timeline
  • Develop design concepts, mood boards, and space planning layouts
  • Prepare drawings, 3D visualizations, and material selections
  • Present design proposals and revise based on client feedback
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project schedules
  • Conduct site visits to ensure work quality and design accuracy
  • Manage projects from concept to completion
  • Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
  • Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior design
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.)
  • Strong creativity, space planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
  • Required language (English & Chinese Mandarin) in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customer and associates
  • Salary included basic + commission, basic salary will be paid based on experiences
  • Able to commit to working on weekends.
