The posting

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop sales executives and merchandisers to achieve monthly and annual volume and value targets
  • Manage trade pricing, trade spend budgets and Gross to Net profitability across all channels
  • Drive in store execution standards including share of shelf, planogram compliance, secondary displays and promotional activations
  • Lead the monthly sales forecast and work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance through the S&OP process
  • Support executives in key account negotiations, annual renewals and joint business planning
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports covering distribution gains, pipeline and sales variance

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial sales experience in FMCG, CPG or branded consumer goods
  • At least 2 years of formal people management experience leading field sales or merchandising teams
  • Hands on experience managing Singapore Modern Trade, Convenience and Wholesale accounts
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing trade budgets and protecting margins
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and able to build clear PowerPoint presentations for management and HQ
  • Experience in demand forecasting and variance tracking
  • Experience with Power BI, MS Copilot or CRM dashboards
  • Experience in a structured multinational FMCG environment
