The posting

Job Responsibilities:

· Drive revenue goals and expand market share within the assigned market segment.

· Lead the end-to-end sales process, including RFQ management, pricing, and contract negotiations to optimize profitability.

· Act as the primary point of contact for the OLED business, overseeing all operational and strategic issues.

· Represent the customer's voice internally, working with Production, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure a "Customer-First" support system.

· Coordinate internal resources to resolve critical issues and improve overall product delivery.

· Manage the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to ensure a seamless transition from development to mass production.

· Perform regular market research to identify emerging trends and potential growth opportunities in corollary markets.

· Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen competitive position and enter new segments.

Requirements:

· Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent

· At least 7 years of relevant Sales experience in a multinational company

· Minimum 5 years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing or related industry

· Good communication skills & stakeholders management

· Ability to coordinate effectively across Headquarters, regional offices, and cross-functional teams.
