The posting

The Aviation Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager APAC will be responsible for driving sales of aircraft parts including Used Serviceable Material and MRO services within the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the aviation aftermarket, customer needs, and technical requirements. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and achieve revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new clients across APAC airlines, MROs, and lessors; map competitor accounts; identify supply chain gaps; and build a robust business pipeline.
  • Industry Representation & Negotiation: Represent the company at major aviation trade shows and conferences to secure commercial contracts, and lead complex B2B negotiations for volume-based parts and long-term service agreements.
  • Client Relationship & Cross-Functional Coordination: Build technical relationships with new accounts to understand component and repair requirements, while partnering with internal procurement, logistics, and repair management teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Reporting: Provide senior management with accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of sales experience in the aviation aftermarket (aircraft parts, USM, components, or MRO services); experience with USMs is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft components, repair processes, and aviation supply chains.
  • High willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (up to 70%) for this business-hunting-focused role (approx. 80%).
  • Proven track record of hitting sales targets, strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and established networks with airlines, MROs, and suppliers.
