As we continue to expand our presence in Taiwan, we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to develop new client relationships, grow revenue, and strengthen our position in the Taiwan market.

Job Description:

As the Sales Maestro for Taiwan, you'll be the right-hand man in charge of our lead generation ship in the country. We need someone who is not only familiar with Taiwan but has a sales track record that speaks louder than a rock concert.

  • A market maven who crafts sales relationships with direct customers and advertising/mediaagencies. Get ready to unleash your creativity and whip up business presentations that leave everyone in awe!
  • A true hunter mindset who thrives on connecting with people, a prospecting pro who cancold-call like it's nobody's business. You live for bringing in new business. Generate leads independently from scratch and thrive on turning prospects into partners.
  • A sales virtuoso with killer communication and negotiation skills. You close deals, manage expectations, and solve problems like a superhero. You're the architect of country plans that scream sales growth.
  • An individual contributor who takes ownership and can work independently. Identify key prospects, build a strategic sales approach, and let's talk about taking the world by storm! Ideal for someone who is passionate about achieving sales goals,
  • A team player who dances seamlessly with every function in the company, contributing to the success of the country team, supporting your team to greatness.
  • Candidates with more experience in sales may be considered for a senior position.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for navigating through Taiwan and embracing its dynamic market landscape.
  • Proficiency in the native language of the region to effectively interact with clients and business partners.
  • A rock-solid background in sales and business development, with a history of hitting targets out of the park.
  • Leadership skills that could rival a rock band manager. Team building and development are your jam.
  • The ability to think strategically and execute plans like a chess grandmaster.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills that could charm the socks off anyone.
  • Analytical andproblem-solving abilities sharper than a ninja's sword.
  • Bonus points if you've rocked the lead generation or digital marketing scene.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for the role, ensuring hands-on engagement with clients and markets.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field – because we like our team educated and ready to rock!
