The posting

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee sales activities, manage customer relationships and support business development in the logistics and transportation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Identify new business opportunities in logistics, transportation, warehousing and freight services.
  4. Prepare sales quotations, service proposals and customer agreements.
  5. Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  6. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely service delivery.
  7. Supervise sales staff, assign tasks and monitor individual performance.
  8. Handle customer enquiries, complaints and service-related issues professionally.
  9. Negotiate service rates and commercial terms with customers within company guidelines.
  10. Assist management in implementing sales strategies and expanding the customer base.
