Sales Support Assistant- Urgent Hire!

📍 Location: TOLL City, 60 Pioneer Road, Singapore 628509 💰 Salary: $2,200 – $2,400/month 📄 Contract Duration: 3 Months 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm ☕ Lunch Break: 1 hour 💼 Employment Type: Temporary / Contractor

💼 About the Role

Toll Logistics is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join the Sales team on a 3-month temporary contract.

This is a great opportunity for a junior candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development and the logistics industry. You will support the team across market research, lead generation, customer follow-ups, sales administration and appointment coordination.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

🔎 Business Development Support

  • Research potential customers across key industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce,Healthcare, and Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Automotive.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities.
  • Assist with initial outreach and appointment-setting activities.
  • Follow up with leads and respond to customer enquiries when required.

📊 Market & Customer Research

  • Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the logistics and supply chain industry.
  • Track industry trends, customer movements and potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing customer meeting materials, presentations and research.

🤝 Client Management Support

  • Coordinate customer meetings and maintain accurate meeting records.
  • Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities.

📋 Sales Administration

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates and activity trackers.
  • Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.

⭐ Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling a variety of sales support and administrative tasks.
