Leadership Here Starts With Learning How to Sell

Want to lead a team one day? Our Sales Team Lead Trainee programme starts you in field sales, where you learn the product, the customer and the standards. From there you move from Representative to Senior Representative to Team Lead as your results and conduct support it.

If you want the title before doing the work, this is not the right role. If you want a real foundation before leading others, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

● Represent established telco and fintech brands at roadshows, events and residential estates

● Speak with customers, understand what they need, and recommend a product only where it fits

● Track your own numbers and review them with your team lead every week

● As you progress, help onboard newer Representatives and support daily team activity

● Learn how team leads coach standards, run a campaign and develop people
