About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Engineer todesign, develop, customise, integrate, and maintain Salesforce solutions thatsupport business and customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforcedevelopment, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, integrations, andSalesforce configuration, with the ability to work closely with functionalteams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, customise, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop custom applications and functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
  • Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
  • Build responsive user interfaces using Lightning Experience and LWC.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and business users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application, integration, and performance issues.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
  • Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and governance.
  • Manage deployments using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps tools.
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain solution specifications.
  • Provide post-production support and continuously improve existing Salesforce solutions.
  • Stay updated with new Salesforce releases, features, and development practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong experience with:
  • Apex
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • SOQL/SOSL
  • Salesforce APIs
  • Salesforce Flows
  • Triggers and Apex Classes
  • Salesforce Security and Sharing
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model and standard/custom objects.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external systems.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Git and Salesforce CLI is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working on enterprise Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Salesforce Engineer who can independently handle development tasks, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support while working effectively with functional and business teams.
