The posting

Working hour

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 3:00pm

Key Roles

  • Overall AV technical support for the school
  • Set up, test, operate, and dismantle AV equipment; assist presenters and event organisers
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, and equipment issues; escalate complex problems
  • Support live streaming, video recording, photography, hybrid meetings, and virtual events
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for staff and students on AV tools
  • Manage, maintain, and record AV equipment; ensure workplace safety compliance
  • Any other AV-related duties assigned by HOD ICT and SH ICT

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in AV, media, IT, electronics, or related field
  • Preferably 2 years' relevant working experience
  • Experience in training on multimedia and ICT skills
  • Experience in AV operations, event support, conference facilities, or broadcasting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Good knowledge of AV equipment, video recording, photography, and event technology
  • Good communication and organisational skills with attention to detail
