Job Description

  • Monitor student attendance, punctuality, and safety.
  • Patrol the school compound and surrounding areas to ensure student safety.
  • Identify at-risk students and report concerns to school staff.
  • Support intervention programmes for at-risk students and assist with home visits.
  • Assist with smoking and vaping cessation efforts.
  • Support daily student discipline and address behavioural issues constructively.
  • Maintain records of student interactions and incidents.
  • Provide administrative support for Gear-Up activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the school

Requirements

  • Good spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Able to engage students, monitor their well-being, and follow up on interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to work with youths.
  • Mature, firm, and calm in handling student behaviour and discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a secondary school, preferably in student management, discipline, or pastoral care roles.
