The posting

  • Title: Senior Accounts Executive (Fixed Assets)
  • Company Profile: Industrial Manufacturing & Engineering MNC
  • Location: Benoi (West Region)
  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:10 PM

Job Scope:

  • Fixed Assets Management: Oversee monthly sub-ledger closing for fixed assets, coordinate with Shared Service Centre (capitalisation, disposals, transfers, write-offs, depreciation), prepare audit schedules, and maintain/reconcile the asset register.
  • Capex & Governance: Process capex requisitions, monitor budgets vs. actual spending, handle asset tagging, and support annual fixed asset budgeting/forecasting.
  • Stock Count: Lead and coordinate the annual stock take exercise for rental assets and investigate variances.
  • Financial Reporting & Audit: Prepare monthly management reports, quarterly intercompany packages, and external vendor reporting packages; handle queries with external auditors.
  • Systems & Projects: Support ERP system transitions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of accounting experience with strong fixed asset accounting and analytical skills. Management reporting experience in medium/large organisations preferred.
  • Software: Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
