Responsibilities
• Review planned and actual project completion dates and verify their accuracy against relevant supporting documents.
• Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up with Project Managers to update or clarify the relevant records.
• Follow up with Project Managers when supporting documents are missing, inaccessible or insufficient for validation.
• Record the documents sighted and validation results to maintain a complete, traceable and auditable evidence trail.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker of completed checks, outstanding actions, discrepancies and follow-up status.
• Escalate overdue or unresolved matters to the reporting manager for further action.
• Prepare regular management reports on validation progress, outstanding items, key exceptions and data-quality concerns
Requirements
• Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Experience in project administration, data validation, governance, audit support or management reporting is preferred.
• Meticulous, strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile information across multiple sources.
• Good in Microsoft Excel, including data filtering, lookups and PivotTables.
• Experience in Microsoft Scheduler is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with internal systems, project records and document repositories.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow up professionally with Project Managers.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple outstanding actions and meet reporting timelines.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 3 months agency contract employment.
