Role Overview

We are looking for a Researcher / Senior Researcher with a strong background in Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, and NLP to work on applied R&D projects and develop practical AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research across Data Science, NLP, AI, ML, and emerging AI technologies.

• Design, develop and evaluate ML models, algorithms and prototypes.

• Work with structured and unstructured data, including text and documents.

• Develop solutions involving LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and intelligent automation.

• Translate research concepts into POCs and practical solutions.

• Collaborate with engineers, researchers and domain experts.

• Prepare technical reports, research papers and presentations.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong foundation in ML, Data Science, statistics and experimental research.

• Strong Python skills with experience in libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.

• Experience evaluating models and interpreting experimental results.

• Strong research and technical communication skills.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of research / applied R&D experience.

• NLP experience: text classification, information extraction, NER, semantic search, summarisation, etc.

• Experience with LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs or AI agents.

• Publications, patents or other research contributions.
