The posting

Job Description:

  • Lead the preparation and continuous enhancement of all core investor materials including pitchbooks, DDQs, RFPs, factsheets, and investment update
  • Own investor Q&A processes, coordinating inputs across investment, asset management, and finance teams and ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent responses
  • Drive development of clear and compelling product narratives, including positioning, differentiation, and market context for Infrastructure strategies
  • Project manage fundraising and client deliverables end-to-end, coordinating across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Oversee due diligence processes including data room content, information requests, and investor follow-ups
  • Partner with investment teams to translate portfolio activity, performance, and strategy into investor-friendly materials
  • Maintain and improve content infrastructure including DDQ databases, presentation libraries, and knowledge repositories
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, repositioning, and investor targeting exercises
  • Leverage technology and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and scalability of content production

  • A hands-on, delivery-focused Product IR professional with strong attention to detail and ability to operate as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
