The posting

We are seeking a Senior Banking Systems Analyst with 10+ years of IT experience, including strong experience in Business Analysis, Wealth Management, Banking applications, regulatory reporting, trade lifecycle and financial markets.

The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, coordinating with technology teams, and supporting end-to-end delivery of banking and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver banking solutions.
  • Support Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Capital Markets applications.
  • Analyse and validate order management and end-to-end trade lifecycle across front, middle, and back office systems.
  • Support regulatory reporting initiatives, including EMIR, MiFIR, and ESG-related requirements.
  • Work with financial products, including Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX and Derivatives.
  • Support integration and data validation across upstream, downstream and external systems.
  • Coordinate UAT, test planning, defect resolution and production implementation.
  • Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and solution documentation.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Support application migration, system integration and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Use SQL and API tools such as Postman for data validation, system analysis and integration testing.
  • Work with Agile delivery teams and participate in requirement refinement, sprint planning and stakeholder discussions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with strong experience in Banking / Financial Services / Wealth Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Systems Analysis.
  • Strong experience in Wealth Management, Banking or Capital Markets applications.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, user stories, functional specifications and UAT.
  • Strong understanding of Order Management and Trade Lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, FX and Derivatives.
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting, including EMIR, MiFIR and ESG-related requirements.
  • Experience with T24 / Core Banking or Wealth Management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and REST APIs / Postman.
  • Experience coordinating with business, operations, development and testing teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
