about the job. Join a large-scale enterprise transformation team to guide functional business requirements, academic process designs, and cloud migration workflows.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture academic policies, decision logic, and role-based access rules.
  • Develop functional specifications, traceability matrices, and fit-gap analysis between standard sector practices and legacy systems.
  • Design future-state business processes and data operability frameworks covering student record lifecycles.
  • Partner with user experience teams to ground digital student and staff journeys in operational policy.
  • Support data migration activities, system integration mapping, and user acceptance testing across phase releases.

skills and experience required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience with direct exposure to higher education academic services or student systems.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise platform implementations through the complete lifecycle to production go-live.
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills working alongside senior academic process owners.
  • Demonstrated capability writing structured functional specifications, process workflows, and user acceptance scenarios.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture, application programming interfaces, and cloud application platforms.
