Senior Business Analyst (Alteryx SME) | Regional Transformation Programme

We are partnering with a leading organization undergoing a large-scale regional transformation initiative and are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Alteryx expertise to support a complex migration and deployment programme across multiple markets.

This role offers the opportunity to work with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and regional partners to drive the successful implementation and adoption of enterprise-wide analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Alteryx Subject Matter Expert (SME) throughout a regional migration and rollout programme.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions with business and technology teams across multiple countries.
  • Analyze business processes, identify enhancement opportunities, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Produce and maintain project documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, workflow designs, and process maps.
  • Provide expertise in Alteryx solution architecture, workflow development, migration planning, troubleshooting, governance, and optimization.
  • Support end-to-end project delivery, including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
  • Partner closely with local and regional stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Review existing Alteryx workflows and recommend improvements to enhance performance, scalability, efficiency, and maintainability.
  • Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support to drive adoption and best practice usage.
  • Track project milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, or technology-driven change initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Alteryx development, implementation, migration, workflow optimization, and production support.
  • Proven ability to gather and document requirements, conduct business process analysis, facilitate workshops, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience supporting full project lifecycles from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and regional implementation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in regional or global environments.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and offshore delivery teams.
  • Exposure to Banking or Financial Services environments will be highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven experience working on large-scale regional transformation or migration programmes.
  • Prior exposure to Alteryx Server environments and enterprise governance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting multi-country deployments and stakeholder groups.
