YHI Group is a recognized distributor of high quality automotive and industrial products, and a familiar and trusted name in alloy wheels manufacturing as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM).

Today, YHI's wide international presence can be seen in over 100 countries operating through its 30 subsidiaries and 4 associated companies located in Asia Pacific, North America and Europe. YHI distributes a diverse range of premium automotive products, which include tyres, alloy wheels, energy solutions, buggy & utilities vehicles and other industrial products to more than 5,000 customers globally. YHI currently has one alloy wheels manufacturing plant located in Malacca, Malaysia.

In order to strengthen YHI distribution network, the Group will continuously sharpen its sales focus, as well as embark on strategic plans to promote and develop its portfolio of premium and proprietary brands in the global market where "The World is Our Market".

The Job

We are seeking a proactive candidate to grow our customer base across the corporate fleet, logistics, transportation, workshop, and retail segments. You will manage existing accounts, develop new sales channels, and support sales and operational activities to achieve departmental targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
  • Drive business growth across multiple segments (e.g., Logistics, Transportation, Direct Fleet Owners, Workshops, Retailers).
  • Conduct market research to develop products that meet customer requirements.
  • Attend networking events to build relationships with industry stakeholders and expand business opportunities.
  • Implement customer loyalty programs and promotional packages.
  • Provide operational support when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and operations, preferably in corporate sales with after-sales service maintenance contracts.
  • Candidates with an established network of business contacts or customers in the commercial tyre, construction, logistics, or transportation industries will be highly preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking technicians and customers).
  • Must possess own vehicle.

  • Working location: 2 Pandan Road Singapore 609254
  • Working hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
  • Commission, mobile reimbursement, and transport allowance provided.
