Established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local built environment sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee contractual and commercial matters for building construction projects.
  • Manage tendering, contract preparation, evaluation, negotiation and award.
  • Review and administer main contracts and subcontract agreements.
  • Monitor project costs, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
  • Manage contractual claims, Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and dispute resolution.
  • Provide contractual and commercial support to project teams.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on contractual matters.
  • Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Support project teams in resolving contractual and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in contracts management within the construction industry
  • HQ-Based, Singapore
