The posting

Job Scope

  • Advise on complex, cross-border joint ventures, strategic partnerships and M&A transactions.
  • Provide legal support on JV governance, strategic investments, project finance and complex financing structures.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders and commercial teams on high-value transactions and strategic projects.
  • Develop and embed effective governance frameworks and legal standards across the Group’s entities and jurisdictions.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials and approximately 15 years of PQE.
  • Strong experience in joint ventures, M&A and project finance, ideally gained from leading law firms and/or senior in-house roles.
  • International, multi-jurisdictional experience with exposure to infrastructure, energy, EPC or asset-heavy manufacturing environments.
  • Commercially minded, pragmatic and confident in advising senior stakeholders; Singapore or Malaysia Bar admission is preferred.
