The posting

This role focuses on hands-on security monitoring, threat detection, and the optimization of enterprise cyber solutions. You will be instrumental in executing security-by-design methodologies, driving end-to-end security projects, and maintaining a robust infrastructure posture.

Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time Industry: Financial Services Environment: Hybrid On-Prem & AWS Cloud Remuneration: Up to $8,000 / month + Competitive Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, tune, and optimize Elastic Security (SIEM/ELK Stack), specifically leveraging Elasticsearch and Kibana for threat detection and incident investigation.
  • Provide robust engineering support and L2 administration for CyberArk and privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
  • Manage and operate a diverse security portfolio (NGFW, IDS/IPS, EPP, DLP, IAM, and email defences), including firewall rule reviews and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead end-to-end security solution designs and implementations; define security controls using security-by-design principles.
  • Support cybersecurity assurance activities (VAPT, Red Teaming, Table-top exercises) and assist with incident containment and recovery when required.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Proven, hands-on Level 2 (L2) Administration experience with CyberArk, alongside strong familiarity with Elastic Security (SIEM/ELK Stack).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting cybersecurity operations within On-Prem or AWS Cloud environments.
  • Solid understanding of OS environments (Linux, Unix, Windows) and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Experience in banking, fintech or other regulated environments will be an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Certified Security Specialty are highly regarded.
  • Ability to start immediately or on short notice perferred.
