The posting

📍 Lorong Chuan – Walkable from MRT 💰 Up to S$6,300/month

Responsibilities:

  • Develop rolling 12-month SKU demand forecasts across regional and international markets.
  • Consolidate market forecasts and analyse sales trends, seasonality and promotions.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and resolve forecasting variances.
  • Translate demand into production plans and optimise production capacity.
  • Manage inventory and safety stock to minimise stockouts, excess stock and expiry.
  • Lead S&OP meetings and coordinate with sales, procurement and manufacturing teams.

Requirements:

  • Min. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, International Business or a related field.
  • Min 3 years of hands-on planning experience in food, beverage or perishable FMCG.
  • Strong demand planning and forecasting expertise is essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP or planning systems.
  • Experience supporting international markets and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
