About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Senior E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, our brand website, and other marketplaces. You will oversee end-to-end platform operations, trade campaigns, inventory allocation, and digital storefront optimization to maximize revenue and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations: Manage daily operations, product listings, campaign submissions, flash sales, and storefront maintenance on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

Brand Website Management: Oversee website catalogue management, promotions, checkout experience, and integration with inventory management systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).

Campaign & Promo Execution: Strategy, planning, and execution for key mega-sales (11.11, 12.12, payday sales, brand days) to reach sales targets.

On-Site Marketing & Tools: Maximize platform-specific ad formats (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions),vouchers, feed posts, and affiliate programs.

Inventory & Fulfilments Tracking: Coordinate with supply chain and customer service teams to monitor stock levels, prevent stockouts, ensure SLA fulfilment, and reduce return/cancellation rates.

Performance & Analytics: Track revenue, conversion rates, traffic, traffic sources, and ROI on marketing spends. Present monthly performance reports with actionable growth insights.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee and Lazada experience is essential).

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Seller Centres (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), web content management systems, and backend ERP/OMS tools.

Marketing Knowledge: Direct experience running internal marketplace paid ads (Shopee Ads / Lazada Ads) and optimizing ROI.

Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data interpretation to drive channel strategy.

Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience with live-streaming operations or TikTok affiliate management.
