Job Summary

Lead and manage site projects by planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities. Resolve technical and engineering issues while liaising with clients, authorities, and consultants. Ensure workplace safety and environmental risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site projects by planning and coordinating all construction activities to ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Monitor and coordinate work progress with supervisors and staff to maintain project schedules and quality standards
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and engineering problems to minimize delays and maintain safety
  • Assist in planning, programming, and monitoring construction work progress to support project management objectives
  • Liaise effectively with client representatives, relevant authorities, and consultants to ensure compliance and smooth communication
  • Identify and assess foreseeable workplace risks and implement measures to minimize environmental impact from construction activities
  • Implement practical safety measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to personnel at the workplace
  • Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are consistently applied at the worksite
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake night shift duties as required
