📢 Senior Event Implementation Manager x1

💰 Salary: $4,800/month

📅 Contract Duration: 1 year

🗓️ Contract Period: January–December 2027

⏰ Working Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in event or project management.
  • Proven experience managing vendors, coordinating logistics and delivering events end-to-end.
  • Experience with international organisations such as WHO or ASEAN, or in the public sector, is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational, project management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in public health, food safety or related One Health domains is an advantage.

📋 Job Responsibilities

  • Manage event vendors, service providers and logistics for two international events in 2027.
  • Coordinate RSVPs, international participants and on-site event implementation.
  • Oversee post-event follow-up, documentation and key takeaways.
  • Support One Health initiatives across food safety, animal-borne diseases, vector-borne diseases and environmental hazards.
  • Prepare communication materials and support workshops, capacity-building events and international forums.
  • Provide meeting coordination, documentation and secretariat support.
  • Contribute to literature reviews, briefing documents and horizon-scanning activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
