About the Role
We are looking for a well-organised and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative and secretarial support within a healthcare Nursing Administration department.
Working closely with senior nursing leadership and department stakeholders, you will support day-to-day administrative operations, reporting, records management, logistics, billing, projects and events. Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior nursing leadership and the Nursing Administration team.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, schedules and departmental activities where required.
- Maintain accurate departmental records, files and administrative documentation.
- Support logistics arrangements for meetings, events, training sessions and departmental activities.
- Process and track billing, invoices and other administrative transactions.
- Compile data and prepare regular reports, presentations and management updates.
- Create and maintain databases, trackers and spreadsheets for departmental requirements.
- Support nursing-related projects, initiatives and events through coordination and administrative follow-up.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate operational and administrative matters.
- Assist with preparation of meeting materials, minutes and follow-up of action items where required.
- Handle multiple administrative priorities independently while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Provide general departmental support and undertake additional administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
- Previous secretariat, administrative or executive-support experience would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good presentation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative organisation.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Good team player with the ability to collaborate across different functions and stakeholder groups.
