The posting

1. Job Purpose

  • To support the Group’s sustainability initiatives, sustainability reporting, ESG data collection and analysis, and green business research, while providing market intelligence and business development support to drive the Group’s growth in the Industrialised Construction and Real Estate (ICR) business.

2. Knowledge Management

  • Compilation of regional market / industry / projects updates and research data.
  • Support the Group’s green initiative programs and green initiative research.
  • Support the Group’s Sustainability Reporting and Sustainability data collection and analysis.
  • Support the Company branding programs and updates (including trademark).
  • Conduct regular market research and analyze key trends and news updates to support the Group’s ICR business growth

3. Business Development

  • Support the business development projects related to Group ICR business activities.
  • Support the projects tender preparation and submission.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and business study assignments.

4. Others

  • Manage any ad-hoc assignments assigned by KMBD lead and Head of Department

Requirement

  • Undergraduate from Business/Marketing/Civil Engineering majors.
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in Malay is a plus-point but not compulsory.
  • Flexibility to travel to Malaysia, especially Johor Bahru and other regional offices, whenever required.
  • Passion and experience in Sustainability and Green Initiative.
  • Disciplined, integrity, right attitude and aptitude, as well as a strong passion towards work.
  • Continuous learning mindset, strong passion for reading and a keen eye for detail.
