Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a large-scale public sector digital programme in Singapore. You will work within a multi-disciplinary delivery team building and running mission-critical public-facing systems on Azure.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive web/mobile UI
  • Implement accessibility and performance best practices
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers
  • Conduct code reviews and mentoring

What you will bring

  • Minimum 5 years in micro-frontend interfaces; projects of 1,000+ man-days; led a frontend team for complex systems
  • React/Angular/Vue
  • HTML/CSS
  • JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Responsive design
  • WCAG
  • Performance optimisation
  • CI/CD
  • Git

Qualifications & certifications

  • Degree/Diploma in CS/IT or related

Work arrangement

  • Location: Singapore, on-site at client premises
  • Employment type: Contract / Permanent / Full Time
  • Working days: Monday to Friday
  • The successful candidate must be able to obtain the required government security clearance before starting
  • Candidates with existing CAT security clearance will be preferred
