We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build and operate secure, scalable and maintainable digital applications. The role covers the complete software lifecycle and technology stack, from user interfaces and backend services to APIs, data stores, integrations and production support. You will work with product, design, engineering, quality, cybersecurity and platform teams to turn business needs into reliable software products.

Full Stack Application Development

  • Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
  • Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Build secure APIs and integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.
  • Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases for performance and scalability.
  • Apply best practices in software architecture, clean code, and reusable design.

Quality, Security & Operations

  • Implement security controls, authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling.
  • Develop automated unit, integration, API, and UI tests.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and release automation.
  • Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
  • Support incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Work with business and product teams to refine requirements and solution designs.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Security, Data, Architecture, and UX teams throughout delivery.
  • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and operational runbooks.
  • Mentor team members and promote engineering excellence and best practices.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience building and supporting production-grade software applications.
  • Proven full-stack development experience across frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong backend development experience with Java, C#, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and enterprise systems.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, OOP, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience with SQL databases, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, containers, and production support.
  • Knowledge of application security, identity management, and secure software development.
  • Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
