Restaurants:

  • Humpback – oyster bar and seafood bistro with a focused wine & cocktail list
  • Caffe Fernet – Modern Italian restaurant bar with a view of the Marina Bay waterfront

We are looking for like-minded hospitable individuals to join us as Senior Hospitality Associate at Caffe Fernet.

Job Description

  • Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
  • Deliver genuine service from the heart
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, food and beverage offerings, and service procedures to provide confident recommendations and attentive service.
  • Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
  • Attend to guests and deliver all Front of House duties, such as orders taking and table service, according to SOP
  • Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure clear communication, efficient coordination, and a positive working environment.
  • Serve drinks efficiently, while taking into consideration guests' experience
  • Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment, with the ability to handle service confidently and independently.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service, with a willingness to continue learning and developing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with different teams.
