Position: Senior HR Executive/ Assistant Manager (Job ID: 20304)

Job Description:

Lead recruitment team and support comprehensive HR operations excellence.

  • Lead and develop our existing recruitment team.
  • Strengthen recruitment processes and improve hiring KPIs.
  • Build strong partnerships with Operations and hiring managers.
  • Support the HR Manager in driving HR operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume industries such as F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare or Logistics.
  • Experience handling recruitment across multiple outlets or business units.
  • Experience leading, coaching or mentoring junior recruiters.
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership towards recruitment KPIs and hiring outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Well-rounded HR operations experience, including onboarding, confirmation, employee lifecycle management, contract administration and offboarding.
  • Good understanding of MOM regulations, Employment Act, work pass administration and statutory compliance.
  • Experience in HR reporting, manpower planning and HRIS.
  • Payroll exposure is preferred. While this role will not manage the full payroll function, the candidate should have sufficient payroll knowledge to support HR operations and provide backup when required.
