The posting

  • Position: Senior HR Executive (Full Spectrum / Payroll / Work Pass)
  • Location: 1 Tampines North Drive
  • Working hours: 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Basic up to $5000 + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Automotive / Motor Services

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-spectrum HR operations for around 64 employees.
  • Manage payroll, CPF, statutory deductions and HR records.
  • Administer leave, claims, insurance and employee documentation.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and employment contracts.
  • Manage work pass applications, renewals and MOM documentation.
  • Maintain training records and support government claims or grants.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, HR policies and PDPA.
  • Support employee engagement, HR queries and grievance matters.
  • Maintain HR policies, employee handbook and appraisal documentation.
  • Provide general HR and administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • Experience independently managing HR for a similar workforce size will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with Singapore employment laws, CPF, MOM regulations and work pass matters.
  • Payroll, HR documentation and government claims experience will be advantageous.
  • Malaysia statutory knowledge such as EPF will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Independent, organised and able to handle confidential employee matters.
