The posting

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java development, API integration, and modern application architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
  • Build and support system integrations and payment-related solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development life cycle.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • Participate in Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Java development (Java 17/21 preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
  • Good understanding of microservices architecture and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CDpipelines, and software development best practices.
  • Strong analytical,problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in banking or financialservices.
  • Knowledge of payment systems, transaction processing, and payment workflows.
  • Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards.
  • Experience with SWIFT, payment gateways, clearing, or settlement systems.
  • Knowledge of Apache Camel, ReactJS, or cloud technologies is advantageous.
